Mail Merge – MS Word has stopped working on Windows Server R2 – Microsoft Community

That seemed to work for me when I merged the X-Y labels. I did another test that failed tonight. I followed recommendations: Please disable the third-party antivirus program on computer temporarily. This thread is locked.

I bought Microsoft Office so that we could do things such as mail merge which had worked on previous versions and I’m feeling very unsatisfied that functionality is getting worse not better.
